A series of tables, chairs and lamps by modernists Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard Nielsen were retrieved through old sketches and are joining the &Tradition family – some produced for the first time ever.
Both Copenhagen natives and trained furniture makers, the duo are renowned for the simplicity of their work and were among the first to introduce relatively inexpensive pieces to produce and export on an international scale.
The line includes Hvidt & Mølgaard’s elegant Drawn chair, different editions of the Drop Leaf table, and the sculptural Tripod lamp.
